The A5 rank Matsusaka beef shoulder loin is purchased directly in Mie, so it is available at a local price and at a reasonable price.

We use seasonal "Yamato clams" from Mie Prefecture! Large clams are cooked together with seasonal vegetables.It's especially delicious when paired with some Japanese sake! We only have a limited number, so please ask a member of staff when you come.
