★Kusa nabe served with the soba noodle soup served as an appetizer★After you have finished your meal, you can order additional shabu-shabu of your choice, such as loin, pork belly, Matsusaka beef shoulder loin, or beef tongue.The pork used is the Sangen pork brand "Sakura Pork" shipped directly from Inabe City, Mie Prefecture! The A5 rank Matsusaka beef shoulder loin is purchased directly in Mie, so it is available at a local price and at a reasonable price.

To the staff
We use seasonal "Yamato clams" from Mie Prefecture! Large clams are cooked together with seasonal vegetables.It's especially delicious when paired with some Japanese sake! We only have a limited number, so please ask a member of staff when you come.

This exquisite dish features Yokkaichi's specialty tonteki, made with fresh, thick-sliced pork loin meat delivered directly from Mie and served with the chef's original sauce.The spicy sauce made from grilled meat sauce and garlic will make you hungry! It goes great with beer too. Recommended for those who want to eat hearty food.
